No, you do not need an appointment to get an estimate. An appointment is only required for actual repairs after the estimates. Estimates can be written during business hours, Monday through Friday, anytime from 8 am to 5:30 pm. We are unable to provide estimates on Saturdays or Sundays at this time.

Our repair schedule can vary month to month. For the quickest service, please call or text us to get on the schedule, as we fill up fast!

We work with all major insurance companies.

Yes, we have a limited number of loaner cars available for customers without auto rental coverage. They go quickly, so let us know as soon as possible if you need one. It’s first come, first served! 

We don’t have our own tow truck, but we can recommend several local towing companies that we trust.

We don’t provide detailing services, but we can refer you to a local company that does.

We don’t offer cash discounts. Our estimates are provided as accurately as possible, ensuring fair pricing for all customers.
